About Rachel
Licensed Massage Therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner
With 20 years of experience in health and wellness and nearly 10 years in bodywork, Rachel brings a quality of care that only time and devotion to a practice can provide. Their training includes a 900-hour massage therapy program, master's-level study of psychology and post-traumatic growth, therapeutic movement study, somatic practices, and countless hours of continuing education. When they're not providing care, they're likely gardening, drinking too much coffee, and spending time with their wife and four fur babies.
Who This Is For
For people recovering from and processing trauma, individuals who require sensory accommodations, touch-apprehensive folks, and anyone interested in processing the human experience through felt sensation. This approach is a complementary support for people actively engaged in psychotherapy, as well as those looking for therapeutic modalities beyond cognitive processing.
