What to Expect

All bodies are welcome.

I strive to create a safer space for everyone–especially those of you who may not have always felt welcome in the wellness community.

I’m a member of The Association for Size Diversity and Health and am committed to the practice of the HAES® (Health at Every Size®) principles.

I aim to provide respectful, trauma-informed, and gender-affirming care.

I am committed to lifelong learning and unlearning so that I may show up in the most supportive  and least harmful way possible for my LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC & POC clients. I always welcome feedback about how I can better serve these communities.

I also have a growing referral network of BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ massage therapists that I’m happy to send clients to if I do not meet their needs. I want you to feel as comfortable and safe as possible–even if that means working with another practitioner.

 The Space

The office is located on the corner of NE 30th and Broadway in a periwinkle building above Rook’s Barbershop. There are 5-10 stairs at either entrance of the building, if accessibility is an issue please reach out. Once inside the studio, you will be greeted with lots of natural light during the day, and warm, comforting light in the evenings.

The space houses an ever-growing collection of houseplants, and desert-inspired neutral decor. There is a spacious waiting room, an on-site gender neutral restroom, and the office is shared with a group of wonderful massage therapists who all adhere to similar Covid-19 policies with our clients’ health in mind.
