Practitioners
Sabrielle Votino (she/her)
OR LMT #29620
Sabrielle provides grounding, integrative bodywork rooted in the profound connection between the brain and the body. Her practice is centered on the belief that when the nervous system is regulated, the body's innate capacity for healing can take the lead. She specializes in Ashiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, Prenatal Massage, and intra-oral TMJ work, weaving a top-down, trauma-informed approach through each modality. Having grown up with a mother who is a lifelong energy worker, she also holds respectful space for the subtler layers of healing that exist beyond the purely physical.
Sabrielle is a graduate of the 950-hour program at Therapeutic Connections School of Massage and a dedicated student of neuroscience and the brain-body connection, always seeking to deepen her understanding of the human experience. This devotion to her craft allows her to meet each client with presence and care, holding space for exactly how a person shows up to the table. When she's not in the treatment room, she's likely refining her musical and massage crafts, running away to the woods, or meticulously brewing the perfect cup of tea.
Rachel Tate (they/she)
OR LMT #29500, SEP
Rachel provides trauma-informed integrative bodywork that combines Somatic Experiencing methods, neuro-centric manual techniques, and therapeutic movement aimed at re-establishing a deeper connection with the body.
Their work supports people recovering from and processing trauma, individuals who require sensory accommodations, touch apprehensive folks, and people who are overall interested in processing the human experience through the felt sensation. This particular approach is a complementary support to people actively engaged in psychotherapy, in addition to people looking for different therapeutic modalities, not limited to cognitive processing.
With 20 years of experience in health and wellness and nearly 10 years in bodywork, Rachel brings the quality of care to each session that only time and devotion to a practice can provide. Their training includes a 900-hour massage therapy program, master's level study of psychology and post traumatic growth, therapeutic movement study, somatic practices, and countless hours of continuing education.
When they’re not providing care, they are likely gardening, drinking too much coffee, and spending time with their wife and four fur babes.
Aniyah Kramer-Meller (she/they)
OR LMT #29469
As a Massage Therapist, Aniyah sees her role in each session as creating a safe container while serving as a sacred witness to emotions as they arise and unfold in the client's body. Aniyah’s life experiences have led her to specialize in Structural Bodywork and to offer external pelvic floor sessions as a bodywork series package supporting pelvic health concerns. Her sessions invite clients to engage through movement, in coordination with neuromuscular and fascial release techniques, to facilitate change in the body’s tissues and relieve long-held postural imbalances and tension patterns. She also offers deep tissue work, somatic rocking, somatic tracking and mapping, as well as Swedish techniques to soothe the nervous system within her bodywork.
Aniyah graduated from an 800-hour massage program at East West College of the Healing Arts in 2025. Prior to pursuing massage therapy, she spent three years working in the mental and behavioral health field, where she received ongoing, intensive training in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and somatic embodiment practices. She also completed her Reiki Master Initiation in 2023 and has developed an energy practice aligned with her cultural lineage, which she integrates into her bodywork. Outside of her work, Aniyah finds joy in expressive activities like dancing and karaoke, and in being of service to her friends and community through cooking shared meals and participating in mutual aid efforts.
Alty Kaufmann (he/they)
OR LMT #28115
Alty practices a unique approach to massage therapy cultivated through eclectic spiritual practice, structured orthodox education, and a lifetime of study with a breadth of teachers. Ranging from lineal students of the Dalai Lama to Energy Workers of the Unnamed Path to Orthodox Massage Therapists and Chiropractors with more than four decades under their belt Alty has had the privilege of studying and learning with some of the best.
Their formal education in massage therapy started with his graduation from the 800 Hour program in 2023 and has continued with nearly two years of working in a eastern medical oriented multidisciplinary wellness clinic. Alty’s style of massage focuses more on providing space and the necessary energy to help the body process and align with its own naturally occuring cycles, rhythms, and frequencies then the majority of manual manipulation styles.
When not working their magic, they can be found slinging tarot cards, planning queer summer camps, coming up with yet another hare-brained scheme to ‘get weirder’, enjoying a cup of tea, a good book, or roaming the city with his pack looking for adventure.
Selah Johnson (she/her)
OR LMT #28312
Selah is a massage therapist based in Northeast Portland, where she was born and raised. She completed the 800-hour massage program at East West College of the Healing Arts in early 2024. Clients often describe her massages as deeply relaxing and nourishing to the nervous system. Selah aims to create a calm, cozy environment where you can fully unwind and experience the benefits of massage. Her approach combines intentional and flowing pressure, tailored to your individual needs.
Outside of work, Selah enjoys swimming in local rivers during the summer, taking long walks around the city, and spending time in the neighborhood's coffee shops and social spots with friends. She is excited to serve the community she grew up in and to help others find balance and relaxation.
Samantha Paquette (she/they)
OR LMT #22341, HERBALIST, EDUCATOR, FOUNDER, OWNER
Samantha’s work centers on integration - supporting the nervous system while helping the body release long-held patterns in a sustainable way. Her approach blends somatic bodywork, fascial techniques, and meridian-informed touch, moving thoughtfully through layers with breath, movement, and collaborative pressure rather than force.
Rather than chasing intensity, her sessions emphasize steadiness and whole-body coherence. Clients often describe feeling both deeply worked and deeply regulated; grounded in themselves rather than depleted.
Her work is especially supportive during times of stress, burnout, transition, pregnancy and postpartum changes, grief, or when something in life feels like it’s shifting. Many clients seek her out during seasons of change, when they need a grounded container for integration while moving through transition.
Samantha brings more than a decade of clinical experience to her practice. She completed her 800-hour training at East West College of the Healing Arts in 2016 and returned as faculty from 2019–2025. With over 300 hours of continuing education, she continues to refine her skills through ongoing study of somatics, fascial work, herbalism, and integrative bodywork.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Samantha enjoys cooking and baking, heading to the Oregon coast, reading sci-fi and fantasy, playing video games, and spending time with her husband, child, and rascally cat.
