Spring Herbal Salt Scrub Workshop March 29 | 12:30–2:00 pm

$44.00

As winter loosens its grip, spring invites us into renewal — shedding what’s heavy, clearing what’s stagnant, and making space for movement and growth.

This hands-on workshop will guide you through creating a nourishing herbal salt scrub designed to support gentle exfoliation, circulation, and seasonal transition. We’ll work with lemon balm, calendula, and chamomile; herbs known for their calming, skin-supportive, and restorative qualities; paired with rosemary and lavender essential oils to awaken circulation while keeping the nervous system at ease.

Held during Aries season, this class focuses on embodiment and integration—taking the intentions of early spring and working them into the body in a practical, sensory way.

What we’ll cover:

  • The role of exfoliation in supporting circulation and lymphatic flow

  • Herbal actions and why these plants are especially supportive in spring

  • How to safely blend an herbal salt scrub for home use

  • Tips for incorporating seasonal body rituals into daily life

Each participant will:

  • Create and take home their own herbal salt scrub

  • Receive guidance on use, storage, and variations

  • Leave with a deeper understanding of seasonal body care

This class is welcoming to bodyworkers and non-bodyworkers alike. No prior herbal knowledge is needed.

Space is limited to 6 students to keep the experience intimate.
